Italian Language and Culture Course
in the charming atmosphere of the Riserva Naturale Abbadia di Fiastra

The course consists of 13 three-hour lessons, including three special lessons on Roman Culture, Medieval monasteries and words used in Nature, that will take place in the Archaeological Park of Urbs Salvia, the Abbey of Fiastra and the wood of the Riserva Naturale Abbadia di Fiastra.
The course level will vary according to the linguistic competence of the participants, each of whom, will be asked to take an entry test. The results will merely be used to determine lesson plans.

The lessons will take place at the Visitors' Centre of the Riserva Naturale Abbadia di Fiastra (10am - 1pm)

Fee per person (min. 10 participants): € 300.00 to be paid in three instalments.
If the course is attended by max. 15 participants, we will be able to offer a 30% reduction of the fee.

The fee includes: Registration, Teaching materials, Guided excursions and entrance.

THE TEACHER


SILVIA FIORANI
She received her Diploma (equivalent of 'A' levels) at the “Liceo Classico” of Macerata.
She holds a degree in Oriental Studies and Sanskrit from the University of Bologna and a DITALS qualification to teach Italian as a second language.
She has been teaching Italian to foreign students in the state schools of Bologna for five years. Her thorough preparation in Linguistics, her sound knowledge of Oriental and European classical culture and her vast teaching experience are the perfect ingredients for your successful learning.
